Setting up your property is easy. Tell us your bed configurations and exactly how you want your guest setup—from extra pillowcases to custom towel counts—and we assign a dedicated, professional inventory to each of your rentals. There are no hidden fees or long-term contracts; you just pay a transparent flat-fee for your property’s custom kits and we handle the rest.

Service Add-ons

All kits include professional laundering, industrial pressing, and sealed bags. Damaged or stained items are replaced by us at no extra cost to you – subject to our fair use policy. All you need to do is pick up your fresh kits in the morning and bring back the used linens once the turnover cleaning is done.
